Confirmation of Chief Financial Officer Appointment

Pacific Current Group Limited (ASX: PAC) (Pacific Current or the Company) is pleased to confirm the appointment of Mr Ron Patel as Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 April 2026.

Mr Patel has served as Acting Chief Financial Officer since 1 December 2025 and has provided strong leadership and continuity during this period. Following his performance in the role, the Board has appointed Mr Patel to the position on a permanent basis.

Mr Patel brings extensive experience in financial leadership, listed company reporting and capital markets, and the Board is confident his appointment will continue to support Pacific Current’s strategic and financial objectives.
