ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
4 September 2025
Retirement of Non-Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer
Pacific Current Group Limited (ASX:PAC) (“Pacific Current” and “Company”) announces the retirement of two long-serving and highly respected members of its leadership team.
Non-Executive Director Retirement
As previously advised on 17 June, 2025, Gilles Guérin, Non-Executive Director, will retire from the Board, effective 30 September 2025. Gilles joined the Pacific Current Board in December 2014 following the merger of Treasury Group Limited with Northern Lights Capital Group LLC, and has served Pacific Current diligently over the past decade.
Gilles has chaired key Board committees including the Independent Board Committee and the Remuneration, Nomination and Governance Committee and has held the role of Lead Independent Director. His deep industry and investment expertise, sound judgment, and unwavering commitment to good governance have been instrumental in guiding the Company through various phases of its development since listing, including the extensive strategic review process conducted throughout 2023 and 2024.
Chief Financial Officer Retirement
After more than six years of dedicated service, Ashley Killick will also retire from the role of Chief Financial Officer, effective 30 November 2025.
Ashley joined Pacific Current in March 2019 as Interim Chief Financial Officer and was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in October 2020. During his tenure, Ashley has played a pivotal role in strengthening the Company’s financial position, driving operational efficiencies, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
Both Gilles and Ashley have made significant contributions to the success of Pacific Current during their tenure. The Board extends its sincere gratitude to Gilles and Ashley for their outstanding service and leadership and wishes them all the best in their future endeavours.
An executive search process is underway to identify a successor for the Chief Financial Officer. The Board will also consider its structure and composition in light of Mr Guerin’s retirement.
This announcement has been authorised for release by the Board of Directors.
