Management Team Update

Pacific Current Group Limited (ASX: PAC ) is pleased to announce the changes below to the management team,

• Appointment of Michael Clarke as Managing Director, effective 13 November 2025; and

• Appointment of Ron Patel as Acting Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 December 2025.

Michael Clarke has been Executive Director and Acting CEO since 1 July 2024. Following his appointment as Managing Director and CEO, there is no change to his current remuneration arrangements.

Ron Patel has been an integral part of Pacific Current since 2008, holding a variety of senior roles across finance and investments. Most recently, as Head of Finance – Investment Analysis and Valuations, he led the oversight of portfolio valuations and delivered critical insights into the evolving composition of Pacific Current’s investments. His deep understanding of the business and longstanding commitment has been instrumental in enhancing the company’s financial reporting and driving structural improvements across the organisation.

Ron is a CFA® Charterholder and Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia). He holds a Master of Professional Accounting from UNE and is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. The Board congratulates both Michael and Ron on their appointments.
