ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Date of Annual General Meeting

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Pacific Current Group Limited ( ASX: PAC ) advises that its 2023 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held at 10:00am (AEDT) on Thursday, 16 November 2023. The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 14 September 2023 at the Company’s registered office, being 45 business days before the AGM in accordance with Pacific Current Group Limited’s Constitution.

Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be sent to shareholders in due course.
