Şirketimizin Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına göre hazırlanan konsolide finansal tablolarında ve yasal kayıtlarında 31.12.2020 tarihi itibariyle oluşan sırasıyla 617.541.014,00 TL ve 255.171.538,18 TL Net Dönem Karı'ndan, yasal kayıtlara göre hesaplanan 12.758.576,91 TL Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe'nin ayrılmasından sonra; Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Karı SPK mevzuatına göre 604.782.437,09 TL, Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre tutulan yasal kayıtlar çerçevesinde ise 242.412.961,27 TL olarak gerçekleşmiştir. Şirketimizin geliştirmekte olduğu projeler ile yeni yatırımlara kaynak ayrılmasının planlanması ve büyüme politikaları doğrultusunda 2020 yılında gerçekleşen dağıtılabilir net dönem karının dağıtılmayarak Olağanüstü Yedekler hesabına aktarılması hususunun Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
