Şirketin 02.05.2019 tarihli Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda;

Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına göre hazırlanan konsolide finansal tablolarında ve yasal kayıtlarında 31.12.2018 tarihi itibariyle oluşan sırasıyla 234.955.963,00 TL ve 120.065.079,34 TL net dönem karlarından mevzuat gereği yapılan indirimlerden sonra ulaşılan net dağıtılabilir dönem karından, Şirket kar dağıtım politikası ve esas sözleşmesi kapsamında ve kar dağıtım tablosuna uygun şekilde; çıkarılmış sermayenin %45,6'sı oranında 114.000.000 TL'nin sermayeye ilave edilmesine, ilave edilen tutar kadar bedelsiz hisse senedinin ortaklara dağıtılmasına, bu işlemlerin sürecinin ve zamanının Yönetim Kurulu tarafından belirlenmesine, kalan tutarın olağanüstü yedekler hesabına alınmasına oybirliğiyle karar verilmiştir.
