Şirketimizin Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına göre hazırlanan konsolide finansal tablolarında ve yasal kayıtlarında 31.12.2016 tarihi itibariyle oluşan sırasıyla 14.028.274,00 TL ve 5.432.349,39 TL Net Dönem Karı'ndan, yasal kayıtlara göre hesaplanan 271.617,47 TL Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe'nin ayrılmasından sonra; Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Karı SPK mevzuatına göre 13.756.656,53 TL, Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre tutulan yasal kayıtlar çerçevesinde ise 5.160.731,92 TL olarak gerçekleşmiştir.

Yönetim Kurulu'nun 26/04/2017 tarihli toplantısında; Şirketimizin geliştirmekte olduğu projeler ile yeni yatırımlara kaynak ayrılmasının planlanması ve büyüme politikaları doğrultusunda 2016 yılında gerçekleşen dağıtılabilir net dönem karının dağıtılmayarak Olağanüstü Yedekler hesabına aktarılması hususunun Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
