Şirketimizin 09.05.2022 tarihli ve 107 sayılı Yönetim Kurulu Kararına istinaden; Şirketimizin 120.000.000 TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde, çıkarılmış sermayesinin 27.617.600 TL'den 85.000.000 TL'ye artırılmasına ilişkin olarak artırılan 57.382.400 TL nominal bedelli payların yeni pay alma haklarının (rüçhan hakkı) kullandırılması işlemleri 27.04.2022 tarihinde tamamlanmıştır.

Yeni pay alma haklarının kullanımı sonrası kalan 219.254,108 TL nominal değerli payların Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. Birincil Piyasası'nda satışı 05.05.2022 tarihinde gerçekleşmiştir. Böylece sermaye artırımı tamamlanmış olup toplam 57.638.588,30 TL fon sağlanmıştır.
