Leuven, BELGIUM – September 1, 2025 – 06:00 PM CET - Oxurion NV (Euronext Brussels: OXUR), a biopharmaceutical company headquartered in Leuven, today announced that negotiations with Atlas Special Opportunities regarding the financing agreement are progressing constructively. The company expects to close the transaction before September 25, 2025, subject to the finalization of contractual documentation and the receipt of required approvals.
