Extraordinary Disclosure on the Stock Exchange Listing of New Shares
O3 Partners N.V. (registered office: Netherlands, 3013 AK Rotterdam, Stationsplein 45, company registration number: 96066717, hereinafter the "Company") hereby informs its esteemed Investors of the following:
On 6 June 2025, O3 Partners N.V. decided on the private placement of new shares, as a result of which the Company's registered share capital increased through the issuance of 718,334 new ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of EUR 2, raising the total registered shares from 2,114,075 to 2,832,409. The Company requested the creation and crediting of the new shares to the new shareholders with a value date of 1 December 2025. The Budapest Stock Exchange has registered these new shares for trading on the same date, and they are participating in trading from 1 December 2025.
