Grant of LTIP Award to Directors

Oxford Metrics plc (AIM: OMG), the smart sensing and software company servicing life sciences, entertainment, engineering and smart manufacturing markets, announces that on 18 December 2025, it has granted share options ("Options") to its executive directors to acquire a total of 916,883 ordinary shares in the Company under the Oxford Metrics Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"). 

In addition to the abovementioned awards, the Company intends making its customary performance-related share option awards to the executive directors.

The Options have an exercise price of 0.25 pence per share and will vest in equal tranches on (i) 18 December 2026, (ii) 18 December 2027 and (iii) 18 December 2028. Save for the customary requirements which apply under the LTIP relating to continued employment with the Company, the Options are not subject to any performance targets.

The notifications set out at the end of this announcement are made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation (UK MAR) and provide further detail in relation to the awards.
