PDMR Shareholding, Issue of Ordinary Shares

& Total Voting Rights

Oxford Metrics plc (AIM:OMG), the international software company servicing government, life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, announces that on 15 December certain employees of the Company exercised 646,000 options of ordinary shares in the Company.

Of the 646,000 of options exercised, Rachel Hudson, PDMR, was issued 60,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each, where 41,690 shares were sold at an average price of 91 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Rachel Hudson's total shareholding in the Company is 20,310 Ordinary Shares representing 0.016 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital and total voting rights.

Pursuant to the exercise of these share options, the Company confirms that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 646,000 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to take place at 8.00am on 21 December 2020.

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission, the Company will have 126,420,168 Ordinary Shares in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company has no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company following Admission will therefore be 126,420,168.
