Oxford Metrics plc (AIM:OMG), the smart sensing and software company servicing life sciences, entertainment, engineering and smart manufacturing markets, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025 is available on the Company's website at https://oxfordmetrics.com/aim-rule-26 and has been posted to shareholders who have opted to receive a paper copy.

The Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday 25 February 2026 at 14.00 (GMT) at Oxford Metrics plc, 6 Oxford Pioneer Park, Yarnton, Oxfordshire, OX5 1QU.
