Grant of LTIP Awards to Directors
Oxford Metrics plc (AIM:OMG), the smart sensing and software company servicing life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, announces that on 13 February 2024, it granted share options ("Options") to its executive directors to acquire a total of 896,883 ordinary shares in the Company under the Oxford Metrics Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"). The LTIP is structured to align with the Company's five-year growth strategy.
