Director's Share Options

OMG plc, Oxford Metrics Group (AIM: OMG), ("OMG" or "the Group"), the technology group providing image understanding products for the entertainment, defence, life science and engineering industries announces today that following his appointment as Non-Executive Director of OMG in October 2012, Mr Adrian C Carey has today been granted options over 77,194 ordinary shares of 0.25p each at an exercise price of £0.3118 per share.  The options are exercisable for a period of 10 years from the date of grant.  The options vest in two equal portions, 50 per cent. on the second anniversary of the date of grant and 50 per cent. on the third anniversary of the date of grant. 

In addition to the share options granted today, Mr Carey holds 175,080 ordinary shares in the Company.
