Oxford BioDynamics Plc (AIM: OBD) announces that the "PDMR Dealing" announcement released on 26 February 2020 under RNS number 2201E has been amended as follows:
Shares were purchased by Vulpes Testudo Fund, and not Vulpes Life Sciences Fund as originally stated.
Following this transaction, Vulpes Testudo Fund was interested in 38,963 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's current issued share capital. Through the holdings of Vulpes Life Sciences Fund and Vulpes Testudo Fund, Stephen Diggle was interested in a total of 11,849,633 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.8% of the Company's current issued share capital.

Oxford BioDynamics Plc (AIM: OBD) announces that it has today received notice that Vulpes Testudo Fund, which is controlled by Non-Executive Director, Stephen Diggle, has purchased 2,594 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each at a price of 84.5p per share.
Following this transaction, Vulpes Testudo Fund is interested in 38,963 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's current issued share capital. Through the holdings of Vulpes Life Sciences Fund and Vulpes Testudo Fund, Stephen Diggle is interested in 11,849,633 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.8% of the Company's current issued share capital.
