Changes in the board of directors of OX2

Jan Frykhammar has informed the board of directors of OX2 AB (publ) that he resigns as member of the board from today.

Jan Frykhammar has notified the Board that he will be resigning for personal matters. Jan Frykhammar will also be leaving the OX2 Audit Committee.

I am very grateful for all the work he has been doing in the OX2 Board of Directors. He has contributed significantly to developing the work of the Board of Directors and he was instrumental in the listing of the company to the stock market last year, says Johan Ihrfelt, Chairman of the Board, OX2.
