PUBBLICAZIONE DELLA RELAZIONE FINANZIARIA ANNUALE AL 31 GENNAIO 2021 (ESERCIZIO 2020)

Venezia – Mestre, 7 maggio 2021 – OVS S.p.A. rende noto che, la Relazione Finanziaria Annuale al 31 gennaio 2021 (esercizio 2020), comprendente il Progetto di Bilancio d'esercizio, il Bilancio consolidato al 31 gennaio 2021, la relazione sulla gestione e l'attestazione di cui all'art. 154-bis, comma 5, del D.Lgs. 58/1998, unitamente alla Relazione del Collegio Sindacale ed alle Relazioni della Società di Revisione, la dichiarazione contenente le informazioni di carattere non finanziario ai sensi del D. Lgs. 30 dicembre 2016, n. 254 nonché la Relazione sul governo societario e gli assetti proprietari ex art. 123-bis del D.Lgs. 58/1998 e la relazione sulla politica in materia di remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti ex art. 123-ter del D.Lgs. 58/1998 sono a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede legale della Società in Venezia-Mestre, Via Terraglio n. 17, sul sito internet della Società (www.ovscorporate.it, Sezione Governance/Assemblea degli Azionisti) nonché presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato al sito .

NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT AS AT 31 JANUARY 2021 (FY 2020)

Venezia – Mestre, 7 May 2021 – OVS S.p.A. announces that the Annual Financial Report as at 31 January 2021 (FY 2020) including the draft Financial Statements, the Consolidated Financial Statement as of 31 January 2021, the annual management report and the statement pursuant to Art. 154-bis, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, together with the Report by the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Report by the Auditing Firm, the statement containing non-financial information in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 254 of 30 December 2016 as well as the Report on Corporate Governance pursuant to Art. 123-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 and the report on the policy on remuneration and feeds paid pursuant to Art. 123-ter of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 have been made available to the public at the Company's registered offices in Venezia-Mestre, at Via Terraglio no. 17, and at the Company's website (www.ovscorporate.it, section Governance/Shareholders' Meeting) as well as at the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information at .

The documents provided for by article 77, paragraph 2-bis, of the Consob Regulation on Issuers no. 11971/1999, will be made available at the Company's registered within the prescribed term.
