NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF FIRS HALF FINANCIAL REPORT AS OF 31 JULY 2021 AND OF THE REPORT OF THE AUDITING COMPANY
Venezia - Mestre – OVS S.p.A. announces that the First Half Financial Report as of 31 July 2021, pursuant to article 154-ter of the Legislative Decree No. 58/1998, approved on 22 September 2021, by the Board of Directors, as well as the Report of the Auditing Company on the above-mentioned First Half Financial Report, have been made available to the public at the Company's registered offices in Venezia-Mestre, at Via Terraglio no. 17, and at the Company's website (www.ovscorporate.it, section Investor Relations/Results and Presentations) as well as at the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information at .
