Pubblicazione della Relazione Finanziaria Annuale al 31 gennaio 2026 e dell'ulteriore documentazione

Venezia – Mestre, 7 maggio 2026 – OVS S.p.A. rende noto che la Relazione Finanziaria Annuale al 31 gennaio 2026 relativa all'esercizio 2025 (comprensiva del progetto di Bilancio d'esercizio e del Bilancio consolidato, della Relazione degli Amministratori sulla gestione – inclusiva della Rendicontazione consolidata di sostenibilità ex D.Lgs. n.125/2024 – e delle attestazioni di cui all'art. 154-bis, commi 5 e 5 ter del D.Lgs. 58/1998) unitamente alle Relazioni del Collegio Sindacale e della Società di Revisione, nonché la Relazione sul Governo Societario e gli Assetti Proprietari relativa all'esercizio 2025 e la Relazione annuale sulla politica in materia di remunerazione 2026 e sui compensi corrisposti nell'esercizio 2025, sono a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale in Venezia-Mestre, Via Terraglio n. 17, sul sito internet della Società (www.ovscorporate.it, Sezione Governance/Assemblea degli Azionisti) nonché presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "Info" al sito www.linfo.it.

La documentazione di cui all'art. 77, comma 2-bis, del Regolamento Emittenti Consob n. 11971/1999, sarà messa a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede legale della Società nei termini di legge.

Publication of the Annual Financial Report as at 31 January 2026 and of the further documentation

Venice – Mestre, 7 May 2026 – OVS S.p.A. hereby announces that the Annual Financial Report as of January 31, 2026, regarding the 2025 financial year (including the draft Statutory Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements, the Report on Operations – inclusive of the Consolidated Sustainability Reporting pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 125/2024 – and the certifications pursuant to art.154-bis, paragraphs 5 and 5-ter of Legislative Decree 58/1998) together with the Reports of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Independent Auditing Firm as well as the Report on Corporate Governance and Shareholding Structure relating to the financial year 2025 and the Report on the Remuneration policy 2026 and on compensation paid in the 2025 financial year, are available to the public at the registered office in Venice-Mestre, Via Terraglio n.17, on the Company's website (www.ovscorporate.it, Governance/Shareholders' Meeting Section) as well as at the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information "Info" at www.linfo.it.
