OVATION SCIENCE INC. GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Vancouver, BC – April 13, 2020 (CSE: OVAT) – Ovation Science Inc. (“Ovation” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that on April 13, 2020, the Company granted 1,150,000 stock options to officers and directors of the Company. The stock options are exercisable at $0.41 per share for a period of two years from the date of grant.
