2. The Audited Financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company along with Auditor Report for the half year and year ended on March 31, 2026.
3. To discuss the ongoing business propositions or any other business with the permission of Chair.

Further, in accordance with our communication dated March 25, 2026, regarding the intimation of closure of the trading window, the trading window has been closed with effect from April 1, 2026, and shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the half year and year ended March 31, 2026. This shall apply to all designated persons or classes of designated persons, their immediate relatives, and all other concerned persons covered under the Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading.
