OUTOKUMPU OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE

OUTOKUMPU OYJ ISSUES AN EUR 150 MILLION BOND

Outokumpu Oyj issues an EUR 150 million 4-year bond with an annual coupon of 5.875%. An application will be made to have the bond listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki.

The bond offering extends the maturity profile of Outokumpu's loan portfolio and expands its investor base. The proceeds will be used for refinancing and general corporate purposes.

Pohjola Markets, Danske Bank and SEB acted as joint book-runners for the transaction.
