Notification on exceeding the 5% threshold of Treasury Shares (amendment)

OTP Bank Plc. hereby informs market participants that on 3 December 2025 the number of treasury shares held by the Company reached 14,001,060, representing 5.00% of the Company's share capital. As a result, the proportion of treasury shares exceeded the 5% threshold as defined in Section 61 (3) of Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market.
