Financial closing of the acquisition of Mendota Invest Nepremičninska Družbad.o.o. has been completed

OTP Bank Plc. informs the capital market participants that the financial closing of the transaction has been completed on the basis of the sale and purchase agreement signed with Balansz Zártkörű Nyíltvégű Intézményi Ingatlan Alap on 4 September 2025, as a result of which the direct 100% stake of Balansz Zártkörű Nyíltvégű Intézményi Ingatlanfejlesztő Alap in Mendota Invest Nepremičninska Družba d.o.o. has become the property of OTP Bank Plc.
