OTP Bank Plc. has sold OTP Card Factory Ltd.

OTP Bank Plc. informs capital market participants that it has signed a sale and purchase agreement with SMP Solutions Plc. on 5 December 2025 regarding its directly held 100% ownership stake in OTP Card Factory Ltd. Parallelly, the financial closing of the transaction has been completed and as a result, the ownership of OTP Card Factory Ltd. has been transferred to SMP Solutions Plc.
