Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri Ulaşım şirketi olan Roads & Transport Authority'nin (RTA) açmış olduğu, 400 adet 12 metre dizel tip otobüs alımı ile ilgili araçların 10 yıllık bakım ve servisini içeren ihaleye teklif verilmiştir.

Verilen teklifler, teknik ve ticari/finansal yeterlilik gibi muhtelif kriterler göz önünde bulundurularak değerlendirilecek olup, ihalenin Şirketimiz lehine sonuçlanması halinde sürece ilişkin önemli gelişmeler yatırımcılarımızla paylaşılacaktır.

Bu açıklamada bahsi geçen ihaleye teklif verilmesine ilişkin olarak, Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 10.11.2017 tarih ve 2017/18 sayılı kararı ile verdiği yetkiye istinaden, Genel Müdürlük tarafından Özel Durumlar Tebliği'nin 6'ncı maddesi kapsamında, ihaleye teklif verilmesine karar verildiği bilgisinin açıklanmasının ihale sonuçlanana kadar ertelenmesine karar verilmiştir. Özel durum açıklaması erteleme kararı, ihaleye ilişkin sürecin olumsuz yönde etkilenmemesi ve Şirketimiz meşru çıkarlarının ve rekabet gücünün korunması amaçlarıyla alınmıştır.

04.10.2023 tarihinde RTA tarafından, tekliflerin içeriğine dair bilgi verilmeksizin, ihale katılımcılarının bilgisi, şirketimiz ve diğer katılımcı şirketler ile paylaşıldığından, gizlilik sağlanamayacağı için bu açıklama yapılmaktadır.

A bid has been submitted for the tender opened by the Roads & Transport Authority, the United Arab Emirates Transportation company, which includes the purchase of 400 12-meter diesel-type buses, 10-year maintenance and service of the related vehicles.

The bids submitted will be evaluated by considering various criteria such as technical and commercial /financial competence, and if the tender is concluded in favor of our Company, important developments related to the process will be shared with our investors.

Regarding the submission of bid for the tender mentioned in this statement, pursuant to the authority given by our Company's Board of Directors with the decision dated 10.11.2017 and numbered 2017/18, within the scope of Article 6 of the Communiqué on Material Events the General Directorate decided to postpone the announcement of the information that it has been decided to bid for the tender until the conclusion of the tender. The decision to postpone the material event disclosure was taken in order not to adversely affect the tender process and to protect our Company's legitimate interests and competitiveness.

This statement is made because confidentiality cannot be ensured since the information of the tender participants was shared with our company and other participating companies by RTA on 04.10.2023, without providing information about the content of the offers.

This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
