Şirketimizin üyesi olduğu metal iş kolundaki işveren sendikası Türkiye Metal Sanayicileri Sendikası (MESS) ile Türk Metal Sendikası arasında 01.09.2021-31.08.2023 dönemini kapsayan Grup Toplu İş Sözleşmesi Anlaşma Tutanağı'nın imzalandığı hususu MESS tarafından bildirilmiştir.

Anlaşmada özetle;

- İlk 6 ay için saat ücretlerine önce %10 oranında ücret zammı; sonrasında 3,70 TL/saat maktu zam uygulanacaktır.

- İkinci altı ay için %30 (dönem enflasyonunun daha yüksek gerçekleşmesi durumunda aradaki fark ücret artış oranına eklenecektir), üçüncü ve dördüncü altı aylar için TÜFE oranında ücret artışı yapılması kararlaştırılmıştır.

- İlk yıl için tüm sosyal yardımlar % 35 artırılmıştır. Kurban Bayramı yardımında ilave olarak, yıllık brüt ortalama 236 TL ek düzenleme yapılmıştır. İkinci yıl için artış oranı TÜFE olarak belirlenmiştir.  .

It has been reported to our company by employer union in metal business Turkish Employers Association of Metal Industries (MESS) which our company is a member that the Group Collective Labor Agreement Protocol covering the period of 01.09.2021-31.08.2023 between Turkish Metal Union and MESS has been signed.

Briefly, the Parties have agreed as follows:

- 10% increase in hourly wages for the first 6 months; afterwards, a fixed raise of 3.70 TL/hour will be applied.

- It has been decided to increase wages by 30% for the second six months (if the inflation is higher, the difference will be added to the wage increase rate), and for the third and fourth six months at the rate of CPI.

- All social benefits for the first year have been increased by 35%. In addition to the aid for Eid al-Adha, an annual gross average of 236 TL adjustment was made. The rate of increase for the second year is determined as CPI.
