ESHOT Genel Müdürlüğü'nün ihalesine ilişkin, 11 Haziran 2020 tarihli ÖDA ile en iyi teklifin Şirketimiz tarafından verildiği ve 18.08.2020 tarihli ÖDA ile ihaleye ilişkin davet mektubunun Şirketimize iletilmiş olduğuna dair ihale sonucu bilgisi kamuya açıklanmıştır.

Söz konusu ihale ile ilgili iş artışı gerçekleşmiş olup mevcut sözleşmeye yaklaşık  93,7 milyon TL bedelli 34 adet solo tip dizel otobüs ve 26 adet körüklü tip dizel otobüs ile bu araçların 5 yıllık bakımı ilave edilmiştir.

Söz konusu iş artışına ilişkin teslimatların partiler halinde 2021 yılı içerisinde tamamlanması planlanmaktadır.

Regarding the tender of the General Directorate of ESHOT, it was publicly disclosed that the best offer was submitted by our Company with the Material Event Disclosure dated June 11, 2020 and it was also publicly disclosed that we have been informed about the result of the tender that the invitation letter for the tender was delivered to our Company with the Material Event Disclosure dated 18.08.2020.

The additional order related to the aforementioned tender has been realized and 34 solo type diesel buses and 26 articulated type diesel buses and 5-year maintenance of these vehicles were added to the existing contract with an amount of approximately TL 93.7 million.

It is planned that the deliveries related to the additional order will be completed in 2021 in batches.

This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
