Şirketimizin 23.10.2023 tarihinde yayınlanan Finansal Rapor'unda, KAP giriş ekranında yer alan "Kar veya Zarar ve Diğer Kapsamlı Gelir Tablosu" bölümünde "Önceki Dönem 01.01.2022 - 30.09.2022" ve "Önceki Dönem 3 Aylık 01.07.2022-30.09.2022"  başlıkları altındaki "Genel Yönetim Giderleri" ve "Pazarlama Giderleri" arasında sehven oluşan geçişmenin düzeltilmesi amacıyla Finansal Rapor bildirimi bugün tekrar yayınlanacaktır. İlgili tutarlar bildirim ekinde yer alan ve dipnotları da içeren pdf formatındaki finansal tablo dosyasında doğru satırda sınıflandırılmış olup, hatalı giriş sadece KAP şablonunda yer alan verilerdeki iki satırda söz konusudur.

Söz konusu düzeltmenin "Net Dönem Karı veya Zararı" üzerinde herhangi bir etkisi bulunmamaktadır.

The Financial Report notification will be published again today in order to correct the inadvertent switch in our Company's Financial Report published on 23.10.2023, between "General Administrative Expenses" and "Marketing Expenses" under the headings "Previous Period 01.01.2022 - 30.09.2022" and "Previous Period 3 Months 01.07.2022-30.09.2022" in the "Statement of Profit or Loss and Other Comprehensive Income" section on the KAP login screen. The related amounts are classified in the correct line in the pdf format financial statement file included in the notification attachment which includes footnotes, and the incorrect entry is in two lines in the data contained in the KAP template.

Abovementioned correction does not have any effect on the "Net Profit or Loss for the Period".

This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
