Our Board of Directors' resolution dated 25.11.2025 and in accordance with the authorization given by article 8 of the Company's Articles of Association it is resolved to issue debt instruments (bond and/or commercial paper) with a total nominal value up to 5.000.000.000 TL (Five Billion Turkish Liras) after the Capital Markets Board's approval of the issuance, within the period that issuance limit is valid and to do the sale one or several times domestically by way of selling to qualified investors and/or private placement excluding public offering. Within this context it is further decided; to authorize the Company management to determine the terms of issuance and to execute the issuance procedures. Within the scope of this decision, an application with a request for the approval of the issuance certificate was made to the Capital Markets Board today. This statement has been translated into English and simultaneously announced for informational purposes. In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions, the Turkish version shall prevail.
