Şirketimizin Esas Sözleşmesi'nin "Şirketin Merkez ve Şubeleri" başlıklı 5. maddesinin şirketin merkezindeki adres değişikliğinin ve " Sermaye" başlıklı 7. maddesinin ise kayıtlı sermaye tavanının artırılması ve geçerlilik süresinin uzatılmasına ilişkin Esas Sözleşme değişikliği 13 .05.2025 tarihinde tescil edilmiştir.
