Share buy-back

Reference is made to the stock exchange release of 18

June 2014 regarding the Company's share buy-back

program. The Company's board of directors has decided

that the program also may cover buy-backs to cover

the Company's outstanding obligations under the

previous employee option incentive program.

The Company has on 18 September 2014 acquired 200,000

shares at an average price of NOK 90.37 per share.

After the transaction, the Company holds 200,000

treasury shares.
