On December 2nd 2014, ABG Sundal Collier has, on behalf of Opera Software,

purchased 18,774 shares for use in the group's employee share purchase plan

(ESPP). The shares have been acquired at a price of NOK 90.12, based on an

average price obtained by option holders in the period of 1-2 December. The

discounted share price to the employees is NOK 72.10 per share.
