Bemobi - Result of the Greenshoe

The managers in the IPO have utilized a total of 2.141.893 shares of the

Greenshoe, of which Otello was the selling shareholder of 1.834.272 shares,

resulting in payment of a gross amount of BRL 40,353,984.00 (approximately USD 7

million) to Otello. As a result of the dividend and share proceeds in connection

with the IPO and partial the exercise of the Greenshoe, Otello will receive the

gross amount of BRL 402,178,802.71 (approximately USD 73 million) and hold

32,719,588 shares in Bemobi Mobile Tech S.A, equal to 36.0% ownership.
