Exercise of employee share options in Opera Software ASA

Participants in the Company's share option program have on March 23rd 2015

exercised 31 375 options. In total 1 530 300 options were exercisable. 10 000

options were settled in cash at a selling price of NOK 67.00. 21 375 shares will

be transferred from the Company's holding of own shares. Subsequent to the

transaction Opera Software ASA holds 453 709 own shares.
