Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 9 March 2015 regarding the

issue of 2,434,472 new shares, each having a par value of NOK 0.02. The share

issue has now been registered with the Register of Business Enterprises and the

new registered share capital of Opera Software ASA is NOK 2,912,721.70, divided

into 145,636,085 shares, each having a par value of NOK 0.02. Please find
