Exercise of employee share options in Opera Software ASA

Participants in the Company's share option program have on June 3rd 2015

exercised 83 125 options. 10 000 options were settled in cash at a selling price

of NOK 65.75. 73 125 shares will be transferred from the Company's holding of

own shares. Subsequent to the transaction Opera Software ASA holds 382 125 own

shares.
