Reference is made to the announcement by Opera Software ASA ("Opera") on

6 January 2014 regarding a resolution to increase the Company`s share

capital by NOK 5 000,12 by issuing 250 006 new shares, of par value NOK

0.02, in connection with share option exercise under Opera's share

option program. Following the completion of the share capital

subscription, the share capital of Opera was registered increased on 7

January 2014. The new registered share capital is NOK 2 650 764.76

divided into 132 538 238 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.02.
