Reference is made to the announcement by Opera Software ASA ("Opera") on

7 July 2014 regarding a resolution to increase the Company`s share

capital by NOK 823 by issuing 41 150 new shares, of par value NOK 0.02,

in connection with share option exercise under Opera's share option

program. Following the completion of the share capital subscription, the

share capital of Opera was registered increased on 10 July 2014. The new

registered share capital is NOK 2,852,544.76 divided into 142 627 238

shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.02.
