Reference is made to announcement 4 June 2014, where one of the grants

were left out of the original release.

Thomas Bullen, Senior Manager, FP&A, 4 000 restricted share units of

which 25% will vest each year in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. After this,

the employee holds 4 000 restricted share units in Opera Software.
