Reference is made to the announcement by Opera Software ASA ("Opera")

on 2 September 2014 regarding a resolution to increase the Company`s

share capital by NOK 11 487.50 by issuing 574 375 new shares, of par

value NOK 0.02, in connection with share option exercise under Opera's

share option program. Following the completion of the share

capital subscription, the share capital of Opera was registered

increased on 5 September 2014. The new registered share capital is NOK 2

864 032.26 divided into 143 201 613 shares, each with a par value of NOK

0.02.
