On 11 February 2021, KL Special Opportunities Master Fund Ltd and KL UCITS ICAV – KL Event Driven UCITS Fund, which are investment funds managed by Kite Lake Capital Management (UK) LLP, together purchased 130,629 shares in Otello Corporation ASA. Following those purchases, those funds together hold 13,945,369 shares in Otello Corporation ASA, which represent 10.07% of the shares in the company (based on 138,477,429 outstanding shares). Their holding therefore exceeds 10% of the shares in the company as a result of the purchases. No shares are held by the funds in the form of rights to shares. The shares are held by custodians in accounts in the names of the funds.
