Approval of annual accounts and Board of Director's report for 2013

Oslo, April 11, 2014. The Board of Directors of Opera Software ASA

has approved the consolidated financial statements, the parent

company's financial statements and the Board of Directors' report for

2013. No substantive changes have been made to the accounts compared

with those presented in the 4Q 2013 report published on February 11,

The Board will propose to the Annual General Meeting to be held on June

3, 2014 that a dividend for 2013 of NOK 0.24 per share is paid out,

representing an aggregate dividend payment of approximately USD

5.2 million (based on the applicable FX rate as at December 31, 2013).

If approved, the shares will be trading ex dividend rights as from June

4, 2014. A complete Annual Report for 2013 will be published on the

company's web site www.opera.com by April 30, 2014.
