his fully controlled company Libras AS. Munck now holds 25 000 shares in Opera

Software.

On 16 February 2015, Audun Iversen, Board member, Board of Directors, purchased

15 000 shares in Opera Software ASA at an average price of NOK 60.60 per share

through his fully controlled company Naben AS. Iversen now holds 40 000 shares

and 17 500 options in Opera Software.

On 16 February 2015, Andreas Thorsheim, SVP, Products, purchased 5 000 shares in

Opera Software ASA at an average price of NOK 60.40 per share. Thorsheim now

holds 5 000 shares in Opera Software.
