On 30 June 2014, Sverre Munck, Chairman, Board of Directors purchased 10

000 shares in Opera Software ASA at an average price of NOK 82.19 per

share through his fully controlled company Libras AS. Munck now holds 15

000 shares in Opera Software.

On 30 June 2014, Erik Harrell, CFO/CSO purchased 23 700 shares in Opera

Software ASA at an average price of NOK 81.99 per share. Harrell now

holds 20 000 restricted share units, 612 500 options and 100 700 shares

in Opera Software.

On 30 June 2014, Mahi de Silva, CEO, Opera Mediaworks, purchased 20 000

ADRs (trading under the symbol OPESF) at a price of $3.1496 each. The

trade was by an settlement error made in ADRs in stead of ordinary Opera

shares listed on Oslo Børs and will be reversed. de Silva now holds 115

000 restricted share units, 43 751 options and 20 000 ADRs in Opera

Software.
