Reference is made to the stock exchange release on 1 July 2014 regarding

Mahi de Silva's acquisition of ADRs in Opera Software ASA. The trade has

been settled in ordinary shares, resulting in Silva acquiring 20 000

ordinary shares at an average price of NOK 82.05 per share. de Silva now

holds 115 000 restricted share units, 43 751 options and 20 000 shares

in Opera Software.
