Opera Software ASA Annual General Meeting update

The Nomination Committee of Opera Software ASA hereby gives notice that

one of the proposed candidates for the Board of Directors, Sophia Bendz,

will withdraw her candidacy for election at the Annual General Meeting

to be held on June 3, 2014. The Nomination Committee will not propose an

alternative candidate and the item to vote for or against Ms. Bendz as a

new director is withdrawn from the agenda.
