OTAQ, the marine technology products and solutions group for the global aquaculture and offshore oil and gas industries, announces it was yesterday notified by David and Vivien Poutney that following the issue of new ordinary shares of 15 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 23 March 2021 (as announced on 18 March 2021), their total beneficial interest in 1,530,000 Ordinary Shares, is now equivalent to approximately 4.97 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
