Ms. Sona! Malhotra is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India having membership number A36974 and a commerce graduate from Delhi University and LLB from Agra University, with about 6 years of experience in areas of Secretarial, Companies Act, SEBI Regulations and FEMA Compliances.
Prior to joining the Company, she was associated with Delhi International Airport Limited, GMR Group as Company Secretary and has also worked with The Times of india Group.
